Art Exhibition of Nukriani and Naphareuli Social Workshops
Support to the Development of Community Initiatives in Kakheti Region
On 23 February, 2013, Community Union Nukriani held
a presentation of the project “We Learn”.
Preparation for the festival, which will be held in October, 2013, is already in progress.
The project Business for Start has ended.
The estimation of the sustainability of 23 micro-businesses is planned by the end of 2013.
Community Development Centre regards culture and education as one of the most effective means of community development.
Cultural activities such as, for instance, small village festivals, educational activities, eg: circles of chess, dance, folk instruments, singing and drama, give us opportunity to involve the most people inside the community (village) and earn their positive attitude.
The program aims to popularize the idea of social plants for supporting generation of profitable activities in the target communities. Besides, program promotes creation of different social workshops and supports their development:
